How does one person have the insight to successfully design for so many disparate industries? By having a strong sense of user intent.

This term may not have a lot of meaning or value to the average person or even the most dedicated business executive. It’s been used for a variety of things throughout the design industry. Simply put, user experience (UX) is whatever pathway a person takes to interact with a product or service. Pathways can range from the interface on a mobile device, prompts on an Interactive Voice Response system, or the buttons on their coffee maker.

The next million dollar idea won’t earn a dime if your users or customers can’t find the simplest and most logical way to interact with it that best serves them. This is the major hurdle we encounter on projects. User interaction is not to validate the idea, it’s to validate the idea’s place in the real world as useful and that it solves a problem. I will help you connect the dots so your users don’t have to.

Blockchain ≠ Bitcoin. Yes, I can appreciate the complexities of blockchain technology and understand that the network and the transfer of assets and data are not mutually exclusive.

Design, as it were, is also not exclusive to anything regardless of the underlying tech. A good design consultant can provide solutions for anything. However, it is extremely advantageous to have someone working on your application from a user perspective who is knowledgeable about the challenges of the distributed ledger.
